Booking this appointment confirms you agree to the terms below

General Policies

Deposit Policy — A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from your final bill on the day of service.

Refund Policy — All services are non-refundable once completed. Please check and approve your hair before leaving the salon. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Satisfaction Policy — Your satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns must be raised before you leave the salon so we can make adjustments on the spot. We cannot guarantee changes or offer compensation after you leave.

Cancellation Policy — Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a fee. The deposit is forfeited if you no-show or cancel last minute.

Late Policy — A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed; after that, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.

Payment — An invoice will be sent to you for the remaining balance after your service is completed. You may also choose to pay via Zelle or Cash App if preferred. Cash payments are also accepted at the time of service.

Appointments and walk-ins welcome between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Braiding & Hair Extension Guidelines:

Hair Type — Services include braiding extensions, human hair installations, and natural hair styling.

Hair wash: If you would like your hair washed, please select it as an add-on when booking. This ensures enough time is included in your appointment.

Style Duration — The time required depends on the style; knotless braids and other intricate styles may take longer.

Human Hair & Extensions Policy:

Quality Check — If bringing personal extensions, they must be clean and tangle-free.
